Issue #12 was placed into the hands of the USPS on April 4. All US issues are mailed at the same time, leaving the post office in Champaign, IL and bound for the distribution center in Chicago, IL. Delivery dates vary with no possible explanation. Please allow up to 4 weeks before calling and requesting a missing copy.
